Our Support Consultant provides technical root cause analysis at the source code level with the understanding of business needs of our customers. He/she works closely with the local development team, software quality assurance team, product managers in Bangkok as well as those outside Thailand. Collaboration with the regional support engineer team is also required as part of the day-to-day work to resolve the support issues.
Required Skills
- At least 2 years hands-on experience in a related technical role or technical support work and posses. Knowledge and skills in these key technical areas:-
- Java / C#
- Networking / MS SQL
- Excellent command in written and spoken English
- Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform multitask, prioritize and work effectively under time constraints
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
